The idea worth carrying forward
The project’s own website presents the court as a community opportunity and advertises free use and equipment. Those are practical access choices: a first-time player needs both somewhere to play and the means to try it.
The outdoor offer should not be inferred from indoor club membership arrangements. Each facility and programme needs its own clear access information.
