When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, organisation and project details. We use it to respond, discuss the requested service and manage the relationship. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or children’s details.

The contact page uses HubSpot to process form enquiries. You can choose to load the embedded form or contact us by email. HubSpot may process technical information when its form loads.

We process requested enquiries to take steps towards a service or to pursue the legitimate interest of responding to correspondence. Optional analytics run only after your consent. We do not treat an enquiry as permission for unrelated marketing.

You can decline analytics or change your choice on the cookies page. Service providers process information to deliver hosting, email and enquiry management. We do not sell your enquiry information.

We keep enquiry information for the period needed to handle the enquiry, deliver an agreed service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us for information about a particular record or to request access, correction or deletion.

You may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and withdraw consent. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Service-provider processing may involve international transfers under their published safeguards.
